The Wellnessworks HMS also delivers lifestyle education workshops that target more specific health and behavioral goals. Sequential, integrated instruction is designed to produce measurable impact on workforce populations. Examples of our professional and powerful workshop sessions include:

| Smoking Cessation |

This 4-week program is designed to assist those that smoke to understand the risks of smoking and take steps to quit smoking and keep it that way!

| Life Balance |

This three week workshop is designed to teach you a variety of life balancing skills. Explore the areas of your life that are out of balance, identify personality traits that contribute to your stress, and identify strategies to balance it all!

| Introduction to Stress Management |

This is a 2-week workshop designed to teach you helpful tools and simple ways of reducing, channeling, or coping with the specific stress in your life. After completion of this introduction to stress management workshop and the stress questionnaire at the end, you will be guided to complete other stress related workshops. The other stress management workshops focus on seven of the most significant areas of stress.

| Diabetes Prevention Workshop |

This is a 6-week workshop designed to educate you about diabetes, and provide useful tools to help you reduce your risks of developing diabetes.

| Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Workshop |
This 6-week workshop is designed to help you understand and manage any risks you have for heart disease.

| Nutrition Workshop |

The nutrition workshop is a 6-week workshop designed to assist you in establishing better eating habits. Throughout the workshop, you will be guided through a series of tasks to strengthen your understanding of healthy eating habits.

| Exercise Workshop |

The exercise workshop is a 6-week workshop designed to assist you in establishing better exercise habits. Throughout the workshop, you will be guided through a series of tasks to strengthen your understanding of a proper exercise regime.
